Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders may take up to 3 (three) business days to process before shipping out. Orders submitted with incomplete or inaccurate information will take longer, depending on the customer action required to complete processing. Orders submitted after 12pm or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Retail orders over $29 USD (after discounts are applied) will ship free of charge. Wholesale orders over $500 USD (after discounts are applied) will ship free of charge.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
At this time, we only offer international shipping to Canada and Mexico. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Master Creations Inc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@petpoweraf.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Undeliverable Orders
Any orders that are unable to be delivered to the address provided by the customer will be returned to us. In this instance, we will attempt to contact you to acquire the correct shipping information in order to facilitate reshipping your order. Customers who initially provided incorrect shipping information resulting in an undeliverable package will be responsible for any additional shipping costs that are incurred, regardless of whether or not their order initially qualified for free shipping.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some larger packages are unable to be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, some of our carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time. In either instance, we will contact you in an attempt to acquire an alternate shipping address. If we are unable to reach you within 5 business days, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund including any shipping charges.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or if your order is missing items, please email us as soon as possible at info@petpoweraf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
